Administrative Assistant [9921]

National nonprofit working in healthcare seeks a temp-to-perm Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal calendars and coordinate schedules.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, transportation, and hotel stays.
  • Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.
  • Organize and maintain digital and hard-copy filing systems.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Serve as the point of contact across various departments.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events through developing documents, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle room bookings, audio-visual requests, and catering.
  • Greet and welcome visitors into office space.
  • Scan, print, and copy pertinent documents.
  • Remain up-to-date on new platforms and software used for scheduling and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Highly collaborating with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with exemplary judgement.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Asana, and Concur.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Rate: $22 an hour while temping.

Salary: $60,000 once permanent.
