Overview

Remote Athlete Support Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator at Evolution Sports Group. This is a remote, full-time position that supports administrative tasks and scheduling for our team of athletes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for athletes, including training sessions, team meetings, and media appearances
• Communicate with agents, trainers, and other support staff to ensure all scheduling needs are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all athletes
• Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and file organization
• Provide general support to athletes, including booking travel arrangements and managing expenses
• Monitor and track athlete progress and provide regular updates to the team
• Assist with event planning and coordination for athlete appearances and promotional opportunities
• Help maintain a positive and professional relationship with athletes and their families
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of scheduling and project management software is a plus

Additional Details

• Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experience
• Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)
• Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
• Work Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
• Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
