Last week, like millions around the world, I watched the reporting on NASA’s Perseverance rover landing on Mars. It marks a pivotal moment in human history—exploration for new life.
We have witnessed unimaginable progress and change in technology, science and even society in the last 25 years.
Can you imagine what things will look like in 25 years?
Millennials are now parents. That’s unreal. They aren’t the emerging generation anymore. They are starting families, buying homes, moving up into leadership at major companies and defining the landscape of our world.
If I might speak directly to the millennial Christian parent—how are you developing your children for the future? I have three kids who are in the same boat. They are raising young children, and in our weekly family bible studies, I ask them the same thing. Years ago, as a family we went through the process of developing a plan for their spiritual development.
I started this ministry 12 years ago to reach Christian parents who are on the fence with how to raise their children up to know Christ. I even wrote a book, Do Your Children Believe? to address this very need. When I wrote the book, I specifically had young parents in mind. Parents who were in this critical period of the journey–the formidable years of a child’s understanding.
A decade later, approximately 100,000 families across this nation and abroad have experienced our workshop or materials. Their lives have been impacted for generations to come.
