CDL Driver - Oil Field

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL Drivers to support field operations in Windsor, Colorado! The primary responsibility of this position is driving, with additional duties assisting field crews with loading, unloading, and equipment operations at job sites.

CDL Driver - Oil Field Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• 15 days on / 6 days off rotational schedule.
• Start days are typically Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Average workday is approximately 14 hours.
• Drivers will operate within all applicable DOT Hours-of-Service regulations.
• Drivers should be prepared for extended days and field-based work
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly, with driving comprising approximately 70–75% of the position.
• Adhere to all driving-related safety procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading products and equipment.
• Connect hoses and assist with offloading operations at job sites.

CDL Driver - Oil Field Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid CDL with no restrictions required. CDL driving experience required.
• Strong commitment to workplace and driving safety.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to safely load/unload equipment and assist with physical job-site duties.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule and extended workdays.
